A very beautiful, modern, and tastefully furnished holiday apartment. The apartment is very clean and even has a small sea view from the balcony. The central location between the beach and shopping options was ideal for us. Everything is within walking distance, and it is very quiet at night. Thank you for the great vacation; we will definitely book the apartment again.

Everything is fine. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Accommodation is well arranged. Booking went smoothly. Communication was great. Including the notification that we could check in earlier. We will come back.

Our stay April 2022

The house is really nicely furnished, was in any case fully in order for our stay (3 nights). It is easy to get to, is comfortably situated in a wooded area and the Baltic Sea beach is really not far away.

As a tip for the landlord, a bit more cutlery and crockery would be appropriate. Then the dishwasher wouldn't have to be turned on so often. What we have to complain about is the following: During our stay, the site was a construction site. Many new mobile homes were being built and the work machines were running all day until 8 pm. In addition, the advertised kiosk (for bread rolls) was closed the whole time. Fortunately, we had taken precautions.
The playground wasn't exactly state-of-the-art either. But I think that the place will be quite nice after the construction work, when everything is finished. The contact with the landlord was really smooth and it was a very nice contact.

Vacation Home Stay with Your Dog in Scharbeutz - Beach Walks and Hikes Along the Lübeck Bay

For those who want to enjoy the picturesque coasts of the Baltic Sea and the Lübeck Bay with their beloved four-legged friend, a dog-friendly vacation apartment in the seaside health resort of Scharbeutz is just the right choice. This picturesque coastal town on the Baltic coast of Schleswig-Holstein has been a tourist magnet for stressed city dwellers since the 19th century. Even Albert Einstein appreciated the numerous advantages and the distinctive charm of Scharbeutz. In addition to a 6.5-kilometer-long beach, the coastal community of Scharbeutz also attracts water enthusiasts, both two-legged and four-legged, with a variety of lakes in and around the Pönitzer Lakes health resort area. Bathing tourism in Scharbeutz has been booming since 1837. The 10,000-inhabitant community has also continuously evolved in terms of sports, wellness, and culture, adapting to the needs of the times. Scharbeutz now also hosts a Baltic Sea Thermal Spa with a huge sauna landscape & adventure pool, a diving center, and numerous sailing and surfing schools.

Dog-Friendly Vacation Homes in Scharbeutz Available for Rent from Private Owners

In terms of location and attractions, Scharbeutz is a real hotspot for dogs and their owners. Just a few kilometers to the south is the Timmendorfer Strand, which not only hosts Sea Life but also one of the region's most beautiful golf courses. As Scharbeutz has long been among the top ten destinations for Baltic Sea vacations in Schleswig-Holstein, hosts have early on prepared for visitors with furry companions. From simple vacation apartments for couples with dogs to fully equipped beach houses with swimming pools, saunas, fireplaces, and beach chairs, dog owners can easily find the perfect vacation home for a relaxed Baltic Sea vacation with a dog thanks to the huge selection. Many vacation apartments in and around Scharbeutz also offer sea views or are just a few minutes' walk from the fine sandy beach. The centerpiece of the lively city during the peak season is the newly designed "Dünenmeile" beach promenade, which invites visitors to stroll along the cafes, shops, and green dune houses throughout the year.

Dog Beaches and Exercise Areas Around Your Vacation Apartment in Scharbeutz

What dog owners particularly appreciate about Scharbeutz are the abundant swimming and exercise opportunities by the water and in the forest. Not far from the Baltic Sea Thermal Spa, at beach access 4, is the Scharbeutz dog beach, where four-legged friends can frolic undisturbed all year round. In the north, near Sierksdorf and Neustadt, several dog beaches along the picturesque cliffs and bays await four-legged spa guests. The largest dog beach in the region is located in Pelzerhaken between beach sections 12 and 13. Along the beach promenades, black boxes with free poop bags are naturally available everywhere. A special highlight for enthusiastic hikers is the 19-hectare Scharbeutz Heath, which, as a fully fenced, hilly mixed forest area, is perfect as a dog exercise area. Ferienhausmiete.de wishes you a relaxing vacation home stay with your dog in Scharbeutz and a pleasant stay in your private vacation apartment on the Baltic Sea and Lübeck Bay.
